This policy explains what data Rankmetr ([уточнить: legal name and registration of the owner]) ("we") collects on rankmetr.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- Form data: email, website, the modules you are interested in, your message, whether you agreed to receive product news.
- Context of the request: the page and language of the form, UTM tags and the referring site, the country detected by our hosting provider, a one-way hash of your IP address (used only for spam limits; we do not store the IP itself).
- Website analytics: aggregated, cookie-free statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). We do not use advertising trackers.
Why
To reply to your request, give you beta access, protect the form from spam and understand which pages are useful. News is sent only if you ticked the box.
Where it is stored and who processes it
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting, form processing, spam protection (Turnstile), database and analytics.
- Telegram and email: internal notifications to our team about new requests.
We do not sell your data and do not share it with third parties for their marketing.
How long
Requests are kept while we are in contact with you and up to 24 months after the last contact, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data at [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.
